Lukas Graham Claim #1 On ARIA Chart; Babymetal Debut In Top 10
"Danish pop-soul crew Lukas Graham have met midweek expectations by taking out the top spots on both the ARIA Albums Chart and Singles Chart with their second eponymous album and cut 7 Years, respectively.
Meanwhile, would-be challengers Disturbed — although still making significant headway, up seven spots — have to settle for #6 for their comeback record Immortalized. Impressively, hot on their heels are inexplicable (but kind of wonderful) sensations Babymetal, who make their Australian debut with Metal Resistance at #7, while The Last Shadow Puppets round out the new faces for the top 10, stepping out with Everything You've Come To Expect at #9. In Stereo (She's Rock N Roll, #11) and Pet Shop Boys (Super, #12) both make the top 20 on debut, while Weezer land just inside the top 30 with Weezer (White Album) at #28."
